Most graduates with an Elementary Teaching degree become elementary teachers. This degree provides you with the broad base of knowledge and critical thinking required for successful elementary school teaching.

The University of Northern Colorado has a long history of excellence in teacher education and our graduates are found in classrooms across the world.

If you choose a career other than teaching, you will also graduate with highly employable skills in the areas of verbal and written communication, interpersonal relations, teamwork, problem-solving and leadership, preparing you for a broad range of careers.

Learn Through Experience
