FAFSA Delayed Opening This Year

September 29, 2023 — The 2024-25 FAFSA will not be opening until sometime in December 2023, which is later than the Oct. 1 open date in recent years. While the FAFSA open date is later than usual, there will be fewer questions that a family will need to answer once it does open.
